Registration
It allows the authorized user to set in Gimp the information necessary for the system to work. Items can be registered as: files, inputs and services, usernames and passwords, Print Centers and service levels (SLA).
Data Transmission & Reception
It allows you to monitor the flow of files between the data file generator system, the processor and the production systems.
Production Tracking
It consists of a control panel that allows you to view the progress of production in the Customer's environment and Print Centers. It also displays warnings and divergences found in the production process.
Charts
GIMP provides the user with the ability to view charts with comparative data, concerning the number of documents processed and the cost of supplies and/or services related to the production.
Supply Stock
It displays supplies and current quantity in stock at Print Centers.
Business and Production Rules
It allows the registration and viewing of business rules associated with different products, as well as their production rules.
Cost of Products
It allows querying the cost of production of a given product at the Print Center. As a result, it shows a list of supplies and services associated with the selected product, also indicating the amounts used.
Cross-Media
Based on business rules, Gimp allows you to send relevant information to the right recipient by using the preferred channel (print, email, web or sms).
Estimated Revenue
Gimp allows you to monitor the revenue of daily, monthly and yearly productions, as well as the period desired. To this query, you can set the Print Center and product type.
