Format is a tool developed by Sirius for electronically composing documents. Format provides creating resources for several types of custom documents with variable data and images. It is a very powerful and user-friendly tool with an interactive and functional interface.
Using several graphic elements and text formatting with fixed and dynamic (overflow) contents, you can obtain a visually enhanced document, with reduced costs and fast production.
Format allows you to generate outputs for multiple platforms, including image files like PDF, JPG or GIF. By using these formats, it is possible to prepare documents for queries and Web archiving. These electronic documents may also be used in Call Centres for producing duplicates, e-billing or GED.

Where can I use Format?
- The Marketing Department can use Format to develop templates of custom catalogues with images and texts.

- Format allows printing on several platforms: Xerox Metacode, AFP, IPDS, Postscript and PCL. It also generates image files in GIF, JPG and PDF. It is ideal for web publishing.
